From restorative overnight care to daytime guidance, we work together to nurture your family every step of the way.

Flexible care options and rates

Every family and postpartum journey is unique. Choose from customizable in-person visits and virtual guidance designed to bring calm, rest, and confidence into your home.

Daytime care ($35/hr)

Morning (8am–12pm) or afternoon (1pm–5pm) in-person support. Minimum 4 hours dedicated to feeding guidance, healing, newborn care, and parent recovery.

Witching hour care ($40/hr)

Evening support from 5pm–9pm to help navigate the challenging evening transition with soothing techniques, dinner prep, sibling support, and bedtime routines.

Overnight care ($45/hr)

Overnight visits from 10pm–6am (minimum 4 hours) ensuring peaceful rest for parents while your newborn is lovingly monitored, fed, and comforted throughout the night.

Holistic virtual postpartum support

Need advice, emotional debriefing, or feeding support from the comfort of your couch? We offer convenient 1-hour morning or afternoon virtual appointments via Google Meet for a flat rate of $75 per session.

Everyday hands-on assistance

Our postpartum doula visits include thoughtful physical and emotional recovery care, newborn soothing guidance, infant feeding support, and attentive sibling and family transition care to foster peace across the entire household.

Home and nutritional care

Allow yourself time to bond and rest. Let me take care of light housekeeping such as washing baby bottles, running the dishwasher, and folding baby laundry, as well as light nourishing meal prep, recipes, and quick errands or grocery runs.
